1. Return

If you have not received the goods, you have the right to make a return.

1.1. To return an item, you must provide evidence confirming that the item was not received.

1.2. Refunds are made by returning funds to the bank card or e-wallet from which the payment was made.

2. Return period

Refunds are made within 24 hours from the date of payment.
